PACTEC enters a new country or region only at the invitation of NGOs
or governments that experience a critical need for our services. Currently,
PACTEC is assisting government agencies and humanitarian non-government
organizations in six countries: Afghanistan, Kazakhstan, Mauritania,
Morocco, Laos, and Senegal.
